Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Software Quality Assurance Manager, der unsere Softwarequalität sicherstellt und unsere Kunden zufriedenstellt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Testplanung und -management: Entwicklung von detaillierten Testplänen, Koordination und Überwachung aller Testaktivitäten
  • Design und Durchführung von Tests: Erstellung von Testfällen und -szenarien, Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Tests
  • Überwachung der Software- und Systemqualität: Analyse von Qualitätsmetriken und Tools, Bewertung und Verbesserung der Softwareleistung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Management der Fehlerbehebung: Priorisierung und Verfolgung von Softwarefehlern, Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Schulung und Mentoring: Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen für QA-Methoden und -Tools, Mentoring von Teammitgliedern
Voraussetzungen
  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann, Informatikkaufmann oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement im agilen oder klassischen IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und dem laufenden Betrieb eines Qualitätsmanagements im Softwareentwicklungs­umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Optimistische Einstellung, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
