About the Role:
The Technology Integration Expert will play a crucial role in designing and implementing interfaces to and from internal systems and external partners, optimizing existing interfaces, and providing support for EDI and API incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure workflow-based interfaces, including mapping of standard formats and specific formats.
- Knowledge of communication protocols, such as AS2, OFTP, SFTP, and API.
- Project management, functional and integration testing, and detailed implementation and change documentation.
- Patching, maintenance, and configuration changes of middleware software.
- Analysis of incidents and provision of corrective actions.
- Proactive monitoring of alert notifications and resolution or escalation as required.
Requirements:
- Completed professional training or Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or provable equivalent experience.
- Experience and knowledge in EDI message types and protocols used for electronic data interchange and/or experience and knowledge in API-based communication.
- Experience and knowledge in EDI middleware, especially Lobster data and/or Boomi.
- Knowledge in network technology and network security.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in following change management and change control processes.
- Experienced in working both as part of a team and independently.
