Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager CIS to join our team at TLT-Turbo GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving operational and regional sales goals, preparing and evaluating regional sales information, and deriving recommendations for strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve operational and regional sales goals
  • Prepare and evaluate regional sales information
  • Derive recommendations for strategic planning
  • New customer acquisition and existing customer support
  • Advising customers on maintenance and repair of machines and systems
  • Recruiting, selecting, training, and supervising sales teams
  • Planning and monitoring commissions
  • Enforcing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager position
  • Outstanding sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and German
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region
