About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at TLT-Turbo GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving operational and regional sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve operational and regional sales goals through effective sales strategies and planning
  • Prepare and evaluate regional sales information to inform strategic planning
  • Acquire new customers and expand existing business relationships through excellent customer support
  • Advise customers on maintenance and repair of machines and systems, as well as support with scheduling and aerodynamical optimization
  • Recruit, select, train, and supervise agents, representatives, or sales offices in the assigned region
  • Plan and monitor marketing actions, such as trade fair participation and congress attendance
  • Prepare and report sales figures
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales manager position within the mining, steel, or transportation industry
  • Outstanding sales and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region
