Job Title: Research Team Lead

CoStar Group is seeking a highly skilled Research Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing a team of researchers, analyzing and improving work routines and workflows, and ensuring the team's work performance meets the company's goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of researchers and provide guidance on work routines and workflows
  • Analyze and improve team performance to meet company objectives
  • Distribute workload and assign daily tasks
  • Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with team members
  • Manage team performance and provide feedback
  • Prepare and lead team meetings
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other managers on company objectives
Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C1 or native speaker) and good knowledge of English
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Management experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Interest in commercial real estate topics
  • Experience in independent research or interest in learning
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Quick learner of new systems
