Requirements
  • Language Skills: Very good knowledge of German (C1 or native speaker) and good knowledge of English.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent.
  • Management Experience: Proven management experience, with a track record of success in leading teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork Skills: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Structured Working Style: Structured, independent working style, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in Commercial Real Estate: Great interest in commercial real estate topics, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Data Research Experience: Experience in (or interest in) independent research of large amounts of data, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • MS-Office Skills: Good MS-Office skills, with the ability to effectively use a range of software applications.
  • Quick Learner: Quick learner of new systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
