- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure successful campaign management and client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver a strategy to accurately forecast new business closure rates and consistently achieve revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Strong advertising sales experience with in-depth knowledge of the media agency/brand landscape, including experience working directly with major media agencies and clients.
- Proven track record of delivering results and successfully closing negotiations with decision-makers.
- A true passion for digital advertising and a strong sales drive with the ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills to drive influence with concise messaging backed by data.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
