Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Specialist to join our team at serviceline PERSONAL-MANAGEMENT GmbH & Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of work sites, equipment, and procedures to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health awareness
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of safety procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Technical education or equivalent experience in a related field
- Professional certification in occupational health and safety (e.g. OSHA, IOSH)
- Proven experience in a safety role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
