We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Professional (m/w/d) for Industrial Operations to join our team at serviceline PERSONAL-MANAGEMENT GmbH & Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders in the manufacturing process.

• Conduct regular inspections of production facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports and safety procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Professional certification in occupational health and safety (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety role in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
