Business Analyst for Digital Transformation and AI Innovation

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our digitalization team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and innovation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Improve Research and Development Processes: You will work closely with our R&D teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for digitalization.
- Drive Digitalization Initiatives: You will lead the identification, definition, and prioritization of digitalization use cases with a focus on AI and Generative AI.
- Evaluate Opportunities: You will develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed digitalization initiatives.
- Communicate Findings and Recommendations: You will document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Support Studies and Projects: You will work closely with our project teams to support studies and projects related to digitalization and AI.
- Education: You are currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
- Experience: You have familiarity with digital technologies and have had first experiences in business analytics or data science.
- AI and Generative AI: You have gathered first experiences with AI and Generative AI.
- Skills: You are proficient with MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of common programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Availability: You can work 16-20 hours per week.
- Language Skills: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
