Business Analyst for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst for Digitalization and Generative AI. As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving digitalization initiatives and leveraging AI to enhance our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Improve R&D Processes: Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for digitalization.
- Drive Digitalization Initiatives: Identify, define, and prioritize digitalization use cases with a focus on Generative AI.
- Evaluate Opportunities: Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed digitalization initiatives.
- Communicate Findings: Document and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Education: Currently studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Familiarity with digital technologies and experience in business analytics or data science.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work 16-20 hours per week.
- Language Skills: Good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
