About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Finance team at Corpay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and reporting support to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and build effective business processes and internal controls to drive value creation and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic cost analysis and provide insightful reports to Department Directors on cost optimization opportunities.
  • Track and simulate forecasts to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our external accounting partner to ensure high-quality financial information.
  • Transform financial statements from Local GAAP to US GAAP and ensure timely month-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly reporting to top management on financial results.

Requirements

  • Registered student with advanced studies in business administration, accounting, and finance or business and information technology.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Result-oriented approach with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and a tolerance for uncertainty and adaptation to changing work environments.
  • Basic accounting knowledge (German GAAP) with IFRS or US GAAP knowledge a plus.
  • Advanced user of Excel (PivotTables, INDEX-MATCH, macros) and other MS Office tools.
  • High performer with a strong academic track record.
  • Experience with ERP's and analytics tools a plus.
  • Internship or working experience a plus.
  • Hungry to learn and self-directed learner.
