About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer traffic, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive store performance.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement store strategies, goals, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
