Unsere Herausforderungen

Als Rechtsexperte/innen bei Tagueri AG werden Sie Teil unseres Teams sein und sich um die rechtliche Betreuung und Beratung der Geschäftsführung und der Fachabteilungen kümmern. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die rechtliche Betreuung von Rahmenverträgen, Projektverträgen, Dienstleistungsverträgen, Geschäfts- & Einkaufsbedingungen, Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen, Kooperationsstrukturen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie sonstigen Vertragsdokumenten.
  • Die Beratung der Geschäftsführung und der Fachabteilungen bei rechtlichen Fragen.
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von rechtlichen Strategien und Konzepten.

Unsere Voraussetzungen

Wir suchen nach einem Rechtsexperten/innen mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Vertragsgestaltung und -verwaltung.
  • Kenntnissen im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht.
  • Verhandlungssicherheit in Wort und Schrift.
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Selbstständigkeit, Struktur und Zuverlässigkeit.
