Du kreierst smarte Strategien, um die Vertriebsziele zu erreichen, und setzt diese mit deinem Team um. Du hältst permanent den Überblick darüber, wo ihr gerade steht und welche Stellschrauben ihr habt, um eure Ziele zu erreichen.

Dein Profil

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen? Du verfügst über mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der FMCG-Branche in einer vergleichbaren Position? Du bringst einschlägige Führungserfahrung mit? Du zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke aus? Du trittst selbstbewusst auf und kannst in Verhandlungen punkten? Du bleibst entspannt, wenn du auch mal etwas auf Englisch präsentieren musst?
