About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Assistant to join our Project Management team at Vaeridion GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a seamless and accurate procurement process for high-quality components, materials, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of efficient procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent records of lead times, expected deliveries, and documentation related to orders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a supplier database, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers.
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and products, and assist in communicating with suppliers to meet technical requirements and specifications.
  • Establish and automate inventory control for testing facilities, ensuring prompt and efficient supply of materials.
Requirements
  • You are currently studying an Engineering or technical program, or supply management or business.
  • Experience with MS Office 365, with MS Power BI and Power Apps/Automate software being a plus.
  • High level of self-reliance, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and autonomously.
  • Target- and detail-oriented workstyle with analytic problem-solving skills and high level of organization required.
  • Interest in sustainable aviation, sustainability, and technology is a plus.
  • Able to work 20 hours a week on a working student contract, in person, for an initial duration of 6 months.
  • Living in Munich and greater area is preferred.
