Job Title: Investment Services Associate

Prologis is a global leader in logistics real estate, with a portfolio of high-quality properties in 19 countries. As a key member of our Investment Services team, you will play a critical role in identifying and communicating risks and returns, and providing mitigation solutions to enable the Investment Committee to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and contribute to the underwriting and Investment Memorandum process
  • Execute due diligence and contribute to a range of projects, including market analysis, ESG, and thought leadership
  • Develop and maintain financial models, compose written reports, and manage processes related to developments, investments, financings, and dispositions
  • Collaborate with Market Officers, Development Managers, and Regional Heads to assess and communicate risk/return characteristics of acquisitions, contributions, developments, and dispositions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong analytical and financial modeling background
  • Experience with due diligence, including environmental, technical, and ESG due diligence
  • Advanced degree and high proficiency in Excel, with experience with Argus software
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
