About the Role

SAP Fioneer is seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our organic social media presence and contributing to the development of our global content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the yearly content calendar to ensure consistency across channels and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing colleagues to align their content plan with the overall strategy and proactively suggest topics and opportunities to repurpose existing content.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers and ensure they deliver high-quality content within deadline and budget.
  • Support the team in designing and producing high-quality content (in-house and with agencies), including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, videos, and infographics, and publish them on the website.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Manage the content and distribution of our external quarterly newsletter and promotional/nurturing emails for webinars, liaising with the Regional, Vertical, Design, and Marketing Automation colleagues.
  • Support various topics such as internal deal announcements and the creation of pitch decks.

Key Skills

  • Experience in managing organic social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube, with a proven track record of driving engagement and growth, ideally in the B2B SaaS / financial services industry.
  • Strong ability to ideate, produce, and optimize high-quality written and visual content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, videos, and infographics.
  • Proficiency in optimizing content for SEO to enhance visibility and reach across digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Experience in measuring and analyzing social media and content performance metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Strong attention to detail in content creation and distribution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Technology and AI-savvy, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and digital trends.
  • Collaborative team player who values sharing knowledge and best practices, with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and generate enthusiasm for projects.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German desirable.
