Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at Brainlab. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media content aligned with our global strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content in English, focusing on visual and video content that aligns with our brand's tone and style.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights to enhance our digital presence.
  • Manage community interactions to maintain a positive and informative brand image.
  • Support the broader communications team with copywriting, editing, and proofreading to ensure consistency of brand language.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2-level).
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Experience in social media content development, particularly with visual content and videos.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring social media metrics.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and ability to interact with international and interdisciplinary teams.
