Channel Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive international software house as a Channel Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through our channel partners.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and increase revenue through our channel partners.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a large number of resellers across the region to perform and increase sales.
- Provide sales and product training to new resellers and periodically re-train existing ones to ensure they have the necessary skills to sell our products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customers and resellers within our CRM system and regularly send out promotional literature, letters, and emails to keep them informed about our products and services.
- Educate and inform resellers of new features and products as they become available and maintain dealer price lists and send out new pricing when applicable.
- Invite existing and prospective customers and resellers to conferences and exhibitions and deliver monthly webinars to partner resellers to educate and promote our solutions and services.
- Assist the iTS Marketing Department with the content and target audience for email shots and direct mail campaigns and assist resellers with the completion of tenders and the answering of technical/functional questions.
- Generate a high level of quotations and check pricing when requested and demonstrate software to resellers' end-users when required.
- Attend monthly sales meetings online and in iTS offices located throughout Europe and perform general administration tasks.
- Experience in sales negotiation and relationship building, with a proven track record of success.
- High capacity and extensive experience of making outbound sales calls (cold calling) and strong business acumen.
- Superb spoken and written communication skills in both German and English and experience in managing a large number of resellers is preferable but not essential.
- Experience in demonstrating and selling software solutions or another technical product is essential but full training will be provided and experience of the print and copy dealer industry is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible due to the nature of this job role and deliver high-quality customer service with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation and self-disciplined with the ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected as is experience of using an in-house database or CRM system.
