About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Allocation Specialist to join our team at Adidas. As an Allocation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our retail stores have the right products in stock at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement allocation strategies to meet sales targets and maximize stock levels.
- Collaborate with retail teams to understand store performance and adjust allocation plans accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
- Build strong relationships with local retail teams to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team on product performance and inventory management.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for allocation and trading systems.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in allocation and trading, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to think end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact with different levels of business.
- SAP Retail experience is an advantage.
