Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, der unsere Organisation bei der Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Prozessoptimierungsprojekte durchführen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und Effizienz zu steigern
  • Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten identifizieren, indem man Lean Six Sigma und agile Methoden anwendet
  • Eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung innerhalb der Organisation entwickeln und implementieren
  • Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende schulen und coachen, um ihre Ziele zu erreichen
  • Benchmarking und Best-Practice-Sharing innerhalb der Organisation und im Banken-Sektor durchführen
Anforderungen
  • Zertifizierung und Erfahrung in der Lean Six Sigma Methodik als Master Black Belt und/oder Black Belt
  • Change-Management Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Programm- und/oder Projektmanagement von mittleren und großen Transformations-/Change Projekten
  • Erfolgreich umgesetzte /gecoachte Lean Six Sigma Projekte vorweisen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Einsatz von IT-Tools zur Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen wie z. B. Minitab, Tableau
  • Umfassendes Verständnis statistischer Methoden und Tools zur Prozessoptimierung wie z.B. Process Mining & Robotics
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit end2end Bank-Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang in MS- Office, Power Point, Excel, Statistik-Software
