Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the EU Amazon Transportation Services' ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team, you will:

  • Develop and refine middle mile processes to ensure timely delivery of goods at optimal costs.
  • Support operational excellence and project management across various Amazon facilities, including Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations.
  • Manage complex projects with a proactive approach suited for a dynamic environment.
  • Engage with senior management to drive change and implement effective strategies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in drafting comprehensive project and business plans.
  • A track record of enhancing network efficiency through the design and implementation of systems and metrics.
  • Collaboration with technology teams to develop innovative tools that support business growth.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Progressive responsibility in logistics, transportation planning, or supply chain management.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or higher.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau.
