About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at PartsCloud GmbH. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Interviewing and Hiring: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement an effective employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
About You
  • Experience: You have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Language: You are fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
