We are looking for a Team Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at an international company in Regensburg. The position is a long-term assignment in employment agency, with a prestigious client.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for performing all secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • You will manage your own calendar and organize and coordinate appointments.
  • You will ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • You will organize management meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements.
  • You will handle internal and external correspondence, including English language correspondence.
  • You will be responsible for travel planning and expense reporting.
  • You will manage the team's time management.
  • You will be involved in business-related topics, such as creating presentations and documents, tracking committee assignments, and reviewing reports.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in secretarial or assistant roles.
  • Good MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge desirable.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Location: Regensburg.
