We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Prodensa Group s.r.o. as a key member of our construction supervision team. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction activities of high-tech industrial projects, ensuring quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site, and coordinating construction activities and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage construction activities of high-tech industrial projects, including ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and reviewing and approving on-site measurements.
- Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors, participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings, and engage in site inspections and acceptance inspections.
- Record and track defects, and ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Relevant education in construction, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
- Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects, with a strong background in managing construction activities and ensuring quality and compliance.
- Good knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations, and standards, as well as excellent MS Office skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time, and independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
