We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Quality Excellence team within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation business unit. As a key manager and coordinator of business process management, you will play a crucial role in driving governance topics, regulations, and announcements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and ensure the external certification and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 within our certification matrix.
  • Conduct Management Review for IMS in our headquarters.
  • Support the development of Integrated Management System (IMS) with a focus on automation and digitalization worldwide.
  • Drive governance topics, regulations, and announcements.
  • Support in digital transition of quality processes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent subject.
  • Several years of experience in the field of Quality Management, especially in IMS.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and possess intercultural experience.
  • Good knowledge of quality requirements in business processes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of management systems and structures.
  • Experience in conducting audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
  • Experience in using Data Analytics tools, e.g., Power BI.
  • Fluent German and English skills in written and spoken.
