Quality Excellence Leader

We're seeking a talented professional to join our Quality Excellence team within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation business unit. As a key manager and coordinator of business process management, you'll drive governance topics, support the development of Integrated Management Systems, and ensure external certification and internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
What You'll Do- Lead the Quality Excellence team in the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation business unit.
- Coordinate business process management and drive governance topics.
- Support the development of Integrated Management Systems, focusing on automation and digitalization worldwide.
- Ensure external certification and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
- Conduct Management Reviews for IMS in our headquarters.
- Act as the headquarters contact for social audits.
- Support the digital transition of quality processes.
- A master's degree in business management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Several years of experience in Quality Management, especially in IMS.
- Ability to interact with senior management and possess intercultural experience.
- Good knowledge of quality requirements in business processes.
- Understanding and knowledge of management systems and structures.
- Experience conducting audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
- Experience using Data Analytics tools, such as Power BI.
- Fluent German and English skills in written and spoken.
- 2-3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
