Unser Automotive Mobility Team

Wir beraten Unternehmen aus der Automobilindustrie und aus angrenzenden Branchen. Wir begleiten unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmodelle zu nachhaltiger Mobilität. Wir arbeiten eng mit Start-ups und etablierten Playern aus Automotive, Energie und Digital-Industrie zusammen, um gemeinsam die Mobilität der Zukunft zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst internationale Kunden zu Automotive und Manufacturing Themen und findest gemeinsam mit deinem Team kreative Lösungen für komplexe Fragestellungen.
  • Du verantwortest die Durchführung von Projekten vom Kick-off bis zum finalen Ergebnis, führst und entwickelst Projektteams und unterstützt die Umsetzung von Research & Analysen.
  • Du arbeitest an innovativen Beratungsansätzen und spannenden Themen wie Digitalisierung, Elektrifizierung und vernetzter, smarter Mobilität sowie den damit verbundenen Operations und Supply-Chain-Herausforderungen.
  • Als Ansprechpartner*in baust du nachhaltige Beziehungen zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden auf.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv bei Recruiting Events und Publikationen ein.
  • Du bist Mentor*in für jüngere Kolleginnen oder Kollegen.
  • Du engagierst dich in leitender Rolle in einem unserer Competence Center wie beispielsweise E-Mobility, Productivity, oder Sustainability.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Strategieberatung im Bereich Automotive und/ oder Mobility.
  • Du hast Leadership Erfahrung.
  • Du hast einen hervorragenden Studienabschluss mit Master oder Promotion.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch & Englisch und hast bereits im Ausland gelebt oder gearbeitet.
  • Du hast Freude daran, eigenständig Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung voranzutreiben.
  • Du begegnest komplexen Fragestellungen mit analytischem Denken.
  • Du hast Lust, dir neue Themen zu erschließen.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunikationsstark.
