Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Key Account Manager/Client Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our automotive clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with automotive clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive market, leveraging Microchip's technology and expertise to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Provide market-specific analysis and insights to clients, highlighting the value of Microchip's solutions in meeting their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-Level executives and technical decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including market dynamics and trends.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on the automotive market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
