Product Design Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designers to join our team at Ultralytics. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision and direction of our product.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of our cloud training and deployment platform, from ideation to launch.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create a compelling product vision and establish good design practices and relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions.
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping great work in the B2B or enterprise web application space.
- Exceptional skills related to interaction design, visual design, and leading long-term product vision and strategy.
- Ability to make calculated trade-offs and execute designs quickly without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to influence stakeholders.
- Strong prototyping skills and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- 24 days paid vacation, your birthday off, plus local holidays.
