As a Product Design Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma. You'll develop and iterate on design prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to ensure that all designs are in alignment with usability and accessibility standards.

You'll also develop and implement user testing plans to gather feedback and insights, analyze user feedback and website analytics to optimize the user experience, and use A/B testing to validate design concepts and implement improvements.

In addition, you'll define and refine product value propositions, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals, manage the product design lifecycle from concept through to implementation and iteration, and coordinate with developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure design cohesiveness and project timelines.

**Requirements:**

* Proficient in Figma and other design tools
* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web standards, and accessibility guidelines
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
* You like to work in a small team & start-up
* Like to have autonomy, ownership and responsibility from day 1
* Previous work on digital platforms and mobile app design is preferred
* Fluent in English & ideally German
