We are a pioneering Tech for Good company based in Berlin, dedicated to reducing carbon emissions in the food industry. Our mission is to create a sustainable future through innovative product design. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the entire product design journey, from conducting user research and testing to crafting intuitive interfaces, scalable user experiences, and wireframes. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to translate user insights into reality through low-code product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of new products and features, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver low-code products that meet user needs and business goals.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on user research and testing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of design tools, including Figma and low-code tools like Retool.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions.
- Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
