Als Praktikant im Bereich Real Estate bei KPMG hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Theorie in die Praxis umzusetzen und wichtige Erfahrungen im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft zu sammeln.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstütze das Team bei der Prüfung und Beratung von Immobilienunternehmen sowie bei der Plausibilisierung von Immobilienwerten.
  • Wirkst du aktiv bei der Transformation von Immobilienorganisationen mit (z.B. zu Strategie, Nachhaltigkeit/ESG, Digitalisierung sowie Organisation & Prozessen).
  • Hilfst du bei der Beurteilung von immobilienspezifischen Prozessabläufen und Risikomanagementsystemen im Rahmen der Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfung mit.
  • Arbeitest du mit bei der Bewertung von Immobilien(-portfolios), Kreditportfolios, Maschinen und Anlagen und bei der Erstellung entsprechender Bewertungsdokumentationen.
  • Arbeitest du im Team an Portfolioanalysen und -strategien mit als auch beim wertorientierten Real Estate Management.
  • Bearbeitest du immobilienwirtschaftliche Aufgabenstellungen auf Kauf- oder Verkaufsseite (Tax, Financial & Property Due Diligence, Vendor Assistance).
Dein Profil
  • Ein Praktikum im Bereich Real Estate kannst du bei uns mit drei abgeschlossenen Semestern eines Studiums der Immobilienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, ggf. mit einer immobilienspezifischen Zusatzqualifikation absolvieren.
  • Idealweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Real Estate und/oder Investment Banking durch vorhergehende Praktika und/oder eine Berufsausbildung mit.
  • Du hast Interesse an betriebs- und finanzwirtschaftlichen Beurteilung von Immobilien (-unternehmen).
  • Eine sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeit rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du auf C1-Niveau.
