Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead for Mechanical Engineering to join our team at HYDRO Systems KG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15 engineers and ensure the successful delivery of our product range.
  • Manage and control projects, and ensure the quality and efficiency of your team.
  • Collaborate with design, production, project management, supply chain, and purchasing departments to ensure technical support for our entire product range.
  • Optimize structures and processes in your area and monitor the quality and efficiency of your team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Several years of experience in general mechanical engineering, special mechanical engineering, or plant and fixture engineering.
  • Experience in leading a team of several people and managing and controlling projects.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
