About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Engineering Support to join our team at HYDRO Systems KG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management and further development of our 15-strong team at our headquarters in Biberach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and further develop the Engineering Support Functions team, including CAD Administration, Technical Documentation, FEM, and Detailing & Drawing.
  • Optimize structures and processes in your area and monitor the quality and efficiency of your team.
  • Ensure technical support for our entire product range in close cooperation with design, production, project management, supply chain, and purchasing departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Several years of experience in general mechanical engineering, special mechanical engineering, or plant and fixture engineering, preferably at a manufacturing site.
  • Experience in leading a team of several people and managing and controlling projects.
  • Strong technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication and assertiveness skills.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
