Job Title: Teamlead Engineering Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead Engineering Support to join our team at HYDRO Systems KG. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering support functions.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of engineering support functions, including CAD administration, technical documentation, FEM, and detailing & drawing.
  • Ensure the optimization of structures and processes in your area and monitor the quality and efficiency of your team.
  • Collaborate with design, production, project management, supply chain, and purchasing departments to provide technical support for our entire product range.
  • Manage and control projects, and have experience in design and/or development.
About You:
  • Hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
  • Have several years of experience in general mechanical engineering, special mechanical engineering, or plant and fixture engineering, preferably at a manufacturing site.
  • Have experience in leading a team and managing projects, with a strong analytical and structured approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
