Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager

Skill Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and managing global digitalization, process optimization, and organizational development cross-functional projects for supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing and develop new best practice processes and organizational models in the areas of supply chain planning, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and production execution.
- Identify potential innovations, drive streamlining measures, and automation within the E2E supply chain.
- Develop and implement group supply chain standards, maintaining a data-driven and process-driven structure for end-to-end supply chain.
- Focus on developing a continuous improvement mindset within the Supply Chain teams.
- Support the development of an end-to-end supply chain strategy and transformation roadmap for respective supply chain functions.
- Jointly define, develop, and deploy cohesive project programs and plans with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones.
- Manage approved plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a good overview of S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Production Execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
- Very good communication skills in English, with German skills an advantage.
