Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the global supply management team, you will oversee supply network planning, specifically focusing on capacity balancing across various plants and production lines globally. You will compile and analyze data related to our capital expenditures (CAPEX) to provide insights to all relevant stakeholders. Your role will involve facilitating Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) across different departments within the Döhler organization. Participate in daily discussions with production and demand planning teams to optimize resource utilization in production by developing scenarios aligned with our S&OP strategy. On a monthly basis, you will conduct master data audits in SAP IBP to maintain an accurate database. In response to our dynamic environment, you will swiftly identify solutions for critical decisions related to Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). Your organized approach will ensure thorough documentation of all processes and steps related to your daily tasks.Candidate Profile
You hold a master's degree in a technical or economic discipline and have entered the supply chain field. With a strong focus on supply planning, you have developed extensive knowledge of SAP IBP, S4 HANA, and APO over the years. You are recognized for your quick thinking and proactive approach to challenges, effectively engaging various stakeholders through strong communication skills. In a performance-driven culture, you demonstrate resilience and are inclined to take initiative and lead in a forward-thinking manner. Known for your problem-solving abilities, you consistently think creatively to challenge the status quo. You are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.Benefits
