About the Role

Mothership Talents GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Creator Marketing and Media Agency, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining top content creators in the sports, esports, and gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess key talents within the industry, evaluating their skills, potential, and performance.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talents, ensuring a strong pipeline of creators.
  • Create and implement development plans for talents, fostering their growth and success.
  • Monitor and evaluate talent performance, providing feedback and coaching for improvement.
  • Implement measures to retain talents, identifying factors influencing engagement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic talent goals, aligning talent management strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration between talents and leaders, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success in talent management, analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in talent representation.
  • Strong networker with a strong network.
  • Administrative skills, organizational skills, event planning, and project management skills.
  • Creator brand building experience.
  • Social and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong leadership and hands-on mentality.
  • Positive thinking and a humble attitude.
  • Deal creativity and good presentation skills.
