Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition at BIRKENSTOCK

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy across Europe. Your expertise will help us identify, attract, and retain top talent to support our growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet our European-wide store expansion targets.
  • Manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidates for Office and Retail roles.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to provide expert advice on talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Drive Employer Branding and Communication related projects to enhance our company's reputation and attract top talent.
  • Ensure reporting and analysis of the success of Talent Acquisition measures to inform future strategies.

Your Experience and Competencies:

  • Passion for people and a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with knowledge of an additional European language a plus.
