Shape the future of BIRKENSTOCK in our Cologne location

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for owning Talent Acquisition for both Office and Retail roles across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site
  • Manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidates for Office roles
  • Contribute to the European-wide store expansion strategy and meet high-volume hiring targets for the summer peak within the Retail function
  • Manage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies, ensuring an excellent candidate journey
  • Ensure reporting and analysis of the success of Talent Acquisition measures
  • Be a sparring partner and point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers
  • Drive Employer Branding and Communication related projects

Requirements:

  • Passion for people and a dynamic environment

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand
  • Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications and a SAP TA Management-Tool
  • Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
