Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Expert to join our team at 1 People Gmbh.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new revenue streams through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fashion industry. You will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build a billion-dollar brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through personal interactions, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Cold call potential customers to arrange meetings and prospect for new business.
  • Act as a liaison between our company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gather market and customer information to inform business decisions.
  • Develop strategies to overcome objections and secure sales.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and special promotions.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in business or management.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working experience with sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources effectively.
  • Market knowledge and time management skills.
  • A proven sales track record.
