Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Labor Technician 2 to join our team at CSL Behring GmbH in Marburg. As a key member of our Value Stream Bulk-/Recombinant Products team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform GMP-compliant cleaning and disinfection of equipment and facilities
  • Verify and manage the necessary production supplies and materials
  • Monitor and control production timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, including autoclaves and cleaning systems, to ensure optimal performance
  • Document all activities and procedures
  • Receive and inspect equipment for cleaning and preparation
  • Prioritize equipment cleaning and sterilization schedules in collaboration with downstream departments
  • Distinguish between manual and automated cleaning methods for equipment components
  • Disassemble and reassemble production equipment according to SOPs
  • Perform manual cleaning according to SOPs and document the process
  • Conduct automated cleaning using validated loading and cleaning programs
  • Assemble production equipment according to SOPs
  • Autoclave or sterilize equipment according to SOPs and validated loading programs
  • Verify and document protocols and records (e.g., cleaning systems, hot air sterilizers, autoclaves)
  • Perform automated print-out tests according to specific programs
  • Label equipment with expiration dates
  • Enter data into equipment certificates
  • Perform sampling according to specifications for validation and qualification of cleaning systems, including documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking sieve filters, verifying loading wagon functionality, and replacing damaged seals on equipment
  • Document maintenance activities in the logbook
  • Identify, evaluate, and report anomalies to supervisors and participate in their resolution
  • Identify and report process-related deviations to supervisors and participate in their resolution
  • Process orders in SAP for the assembly of sterilization bags

Requirements

  • Typically requires 18 months of training
  • Willingness to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
