We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Dover Corporation. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for constructing control cabinets, wiring, and accepting them according to VDE standards. Your expertise in electronic and mechanical assembly of machines will be crucial in ensuring the functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct control cabinets, including wiring and acceptance according to VDE standards
  • Assemble machines independently, ensuring high-quality results
  • Conduct technical assessments of machines and machine parts to guarantee functionality
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor issues independently
  • Verify the correctness of supplied mechanical parts using test equipment, drawings, or templates

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in control cabinet construction and assembly of mechatronic modules
  • Excellent manual skills and technical understanding, including proficiency in circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong German language skills, with the ability to expand your English skills
  • Bonus: knowledge of warehouse logistics
