M2A3 Track Specialist 2.1

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced M2A3 Track Specialist 2.1 to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex systems on the M2A3 and M3A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair malfunctions on various systems, including the Hull, Turret, communications, armaments, Blue Force Trackers, and future upgrade systems.
- Prepare records of repairs/inspections/tests and make them available to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Departments.
- Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation in conjunction with customer guidance and Army Regulations.
- Instill a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and maintain a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.
- Maintain a daily time sheet and daily manning report, ensuring accuracy.
A minimum of eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience inspecting and/or performing System of Systems maintenance on M2A2, M2A3, M3A3, and all related system upgrades is required. This includes expertise in diagnostic and troubleshooting malfunctions of all systems pertaining to the M2A3 and M3A3.
Specialized knowledge and skills include:
- Possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels with customers and workforce.
- Provide the workforce with a teaching, coaching, and mentoring process.
- Must be a US Citizen and have or be able to obtain a US Passport.
- A valid US Driver's License is required prior to deployment.
- Possess required tools as stipulated in the tool list.
- US. Army military experience as a 91M Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer is preferred.
