Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced M2A3 Track Specialist 2.2 to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex issues on the M2A3 and M3A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions on the M2A3 and M3A3 systems, including hull, turret, communications, armaments, and Blue Force Trackers.
  • Prepare records of repairs and inspections, and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
  • Instill a safety-first mentality and promote a culture of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate daily time sheets and manning reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 11 years of recent specialized experience in inspecting and performing System of Systems maintenance on M2A2, M2A3, M3A3, and related system upgrades.
  • Expertise in diagnostic and troubleshooting malfunctions of all systems pertaining to the M2A3 and M3A3.
  • Knowledge of the M2A3's digital electronics, including the command and control system.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Preferred Qualifications

A US Army military background as a 91M Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer is preferred. Former 91Ms with the rank of Sergeant First Class or Chief Warrant Officer – 2 or above will be given special consideration.
