Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced care professional to join our team as an Ambulatory Care Nurse in Part-Time Basis. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences
  • Provide hands-on care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and treatments
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • Completed nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in gerontological nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
