Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Network Operations

Amazon Europe Core is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Network Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and implementing strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve the ATS network operations flow and drive cost out initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. You will be responsible for leading network operations programs that either improve the E2E network flow or yield free cash flow for the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead network operations programs to improve E2E network flow or yield free cash flow
  • Set and clarify business requirements and targets with the team
  • Document and analyze standard and new processes
  • Identify, test, and validate innovative solutions to improve processes
  • Work with teams across the EU region to build and secure alignment from stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
