Job Title: Planning Program Manager

Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) is seeking a skilled Planning Program Manager to join our team in the EU headquarters. As a key member of our network planning team, you will play a crucial role in delivering customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost.

About the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and analytical individual who can translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that boost productivity and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to comprehensive project plans and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Navigate complex data and influence diverse stakeholders to tackle analytical problems and coach your team to new heights.
  • Help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience in supply chain management.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
